Great company with excellent customer service reps and technology. Our rep and his manager were amazing! Update: We changed our network router and couldn’t connect to the doorbell video anymore. We have tried to contact customer service numerous times. They won’t call us back. I have submitted numerous work order requests for it. I enjoyed the service we received for installation. However, after installation, the company we have to deal with to reset our doorbell sucks. I wish it wasn’t a 3 year contract. We have been paying for the service and can’t use it. Update: I skipped calling Dynmark and called TCS directly. Awesome customer service again! They sent me the video instead of having to have a tech come out!

I have had TCS for one month now and it has been a great experience. Mike came to our home to speak with us pre-install. He explained everything and was fair. Mike has been there for all questions and concerns. Then Garrison came and installed our security. He was quick, fast and knowledgeable. Made sure we were up and running before he left. We also used TCS for our TV mount. Alan did a great job and get compliments on it when people see it (even over facetime). Glad we chose TCS!
